Because we’re able to assume a wide variety of roles on an even wider variety of project types, we can deliver the smallest specialty subcontractor job that takes a few weeks to the largest Engineer-Procure-Construct project that spans multiple years.

Construction Management (CM)
MC Industrial performs preconstruction and construction phase services and is typically hired early in the design process to provide construction input to the project team to assist the owner in making key project decisions early to maximize the value of those key decisions. During the CM process, MC Industrial is involved with the owner, architect and consultants from conceptual design through construction and until the facility is operational and occupied. Our diversified services offer clients complete control over: safety, cost, schedule, quality, commissioning and start-up.
Over 90% of our CM services are conducted on an "at risk" basis, with MC Industrial holding all subcontracts and guaranteeing the cost/schedule. The balance of our CM services are "Owner Agent" - in which MCI acts as an extension of the client’s staff and the client holds all subcontracts.
General Contracting (GC)
MC Industrial performs construction phase services that are required to meet the owners and engineers project specifications. Our tradespeople self-perform a wide variety of civil and structural work for concrete and steel structures, as well as any required millwright and boilermaker work required for equipment erection/installation. By performing the most critical portions of construction with our own forces, we exercise maximum control over safety, cost, schedule and quality-related issues. All subcontracts are held by MC Industrial and the cost/schedule is guaranteed, with the cost contracted on a "lump sum" or "guaranteed max" basis.
Design-Build (DB)
MC Industrial executes a "single source" contract, which includes all services for planning, designing, constructing and commissioning of a project. In concert with our BIM Program, in Design-Build, we bring the leadership and management to virtually build the project in design collaborating with all team members.
Engineer – Procure – Construct
The engineer-procure-construct (EPC) delivery method assigns single point responsibility to MC Industrial for the project’s performance, deadlines and cost. As the EPC contractor, “the buck stops here”. MC Industrial is responsible for ensuring all aspects of the project meet the owner’s requirements and can provide cost and schedule control in procurement and construction, as well as improved constructability during project design.
Specialty Subcontracting
We are proficient in many trades, but we consider ourselves experts in the concrete, steel erection, millwright and rigging as well as the boilermaker work that is integral to many of our projects. By self-performing this work, we are able to control safety, cost, schedule, and maintain quality without question.
