Brian Boeglin Selected as MC Industrial National Quality Director

MC Industrial, Inc. recently hired Brian Boeglin to serve as the industrial builder’s national quality director. In this role, Boeglin will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the MC Industrial Quality Program.

With a focus on delivering the best possible end-product for clients, Boeglin will support MC Industrial’s proactive approach to quality by: overseeing the development of Site Specific Quality Plans for every project; tracking and maintaining a quality knowledge-base to capture best practices; and developing and delivering relevant quality training for employees.

Boeglin joins MC Industrial after spending 27 years with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. in a variety of roles. Most recently he served as senior manager, project management in the firm’s corporate engineering group, where he was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, funding, engineering, contract negotiation and construction of process and facility capital projects for six domestic breweries and the Packaging Division of Anheuser-Busch Co.

“Anheuser-Busch is an international leader in quality,” commented MC Industrial President Tom Felton. “Like MC Industrial, quality at Anheuser-Busch is more than a simple protocol to be enforced. Rather, a ‘culture of quality’ permeates all operations, and Brian has played an active role in developing and supporting this approach throughout his career. We are excited to have him on board to oversee our Quality Without Question program here at MC Industrial.”

Boeglin holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.  He is active in a variety of organizations including the Construction Industry Institute and is currently chairman of the board for the St Louis Council of Construction Consumers.
